Hi there and thanks for clicking! We’re glad you’re here, we created this blog for you. Yes you, the one that’s reading. Although the blog is related to the company’s activities, we also wish to share know-how, create a friendly conversation and to get to know each other better. In this first opportunity we want to talk about real translation cases however, always respecting the client’s privacy. If you are a translator or a client, what has been the your most challenging translation?
As a translation and interpreting services company, our most complex case has been related to drug trafficking. The felony involved cases in Venezuela, Portugal, France and Switzerland. The client called at 8 p.m. on a Sunday and we had to activate the translator on duty. The translation was brought before a judge on Monday. The fact that somebody’s destiny depends on a translation makes us take binding responsibilities for every project we accept. For the Lingualink team, taking on new challenges and experiences is enriching and allows us to evolve as a team. Each assignment is a new experience to help us, learn and grow.
